Documentation of Coordinated Targeting & IP Abuse

Venomline maintains a zero-tolerance position regarding the weaponization of intellectual property systems. We have no prior business relationship or personal affiliation with the named party. We have, however, preserved documentation reflecting an observed multi-year pattern of activity that—if substantiated in full—can constitute improper interference and abuse of reporting mechanisms.

Position: Venomline is not interested in “industry drama.” We are interested in integrity, consumer protection, and evidence-based review. Documentation is preserved to support appropriate platform and legal evaluation.

Section I — Chain of Title & Authoritative Origin

I, Matt Siebenthal, am the original author and publisher of breeding protocols, educational content, and operational frameworks first introduced under Texas Size Bullies (est. 2015).

Venomline is the direct successor brand to Texas Size Bullies and retains IP continuity across educational publications, breeding methodology explanations, health policy language, and commercial structure frameworks published between 2015–2023.

Section II — Observed Similarity & Timeline Precedence

Between 2023 and 2026, Venomline observed structural and thematic similarities between its archived publications and later third-party content.

Chronological review indicates Venomline publication timestamps precede the appearance of similar structural content in multiple instances.

Section III — Disputed Takedown Activity (March 1, 2026)

Beginning in March 2026, Venomline received disputed takedown activity targeting Venomline’s “Upcoming Breedings” page.

Venomline disputes the claim and maintains the page reflects original forward-looking business scheduling, referencing owned studs and proprietary planning, without reproducing third-party copyrighted material.

Section IV — Personal Likeness & Image Hosting Concern

Venomline identified personal imagery of Matt Siebenthal and his spouse appearing hosted on a third-party webpage at the following URL:

As of March 1, 2026, the image remained publicly accessible at the linked page. Venomline asserts the original source was private and not authorized for third-party commercial redistribution.

Section V — Forensic Indicators

This section summarizes observed indicators used in content-origin and interference analysis. Public posting is intentionally high-level to prevent doxxing and preserve evidentiary integrity.

Section V-B — Forensic Comparison Matrix

The comparison below is a public-safe visual summary of the patterns Venomline preserved during chronology and similarity review. It is presented to assist independent evaluation and does not publish raw private identifiers, backend records, or sensitive investigative materials.

Section VI — Multi-Platform Interference Summary

Since 2024, Venomline has documented reporting activity and platform actions affecting its digital properties. Evidence retained includes timestamped screenshots, platform ticket IDs, correspondence, archive captures, and server logs where applicable.

All documentation is preserved in a secure archive for potential submission to platform integrity teams and counsel upon verified request.

As of July 21, 2026, Venomline has also logged a set of previously challenged third-party assets as permanently purged from active hosting and search visibility after forensic review and enforcement escalation. A public-safe summary appears below in Section VII-B and Section VII-C.

Section VII-B — Permanently Purged Assets & Enforcement Outcome

Following forensic review and enforcement activity, multiple third-party assets previously documented in Venomline’s evidence archive have since been confirmed as permanently purged from host environments and active search visibility layers.

For public-safe reporting, this section records the enforcement outcome without disclosing raw backend records, sensitive identifiers, or internal investigative methods beyond what is necessary for independent review.

Interpretive significance: where disputed assets are no longer publicly hosted after documentation, review, and enforcement, that outcome may be relevant to independent reviewers evaluating chronology, credibility, and pattern consistency. This page records the enforcement result without overstating legal conclusions.

Section VII-C — Verified De-Indexed Assets

Following enforcement actions and review requests, select third-party assets were identified as “Not In Index”, indicating removal from public-facing search engine results.

Interpretive note: De-indexing does not constitute a legal determination, but may be relevant to independent reviewers evaluating content disputes, enforcement outcomes, and platform-level responses.

July 2026 Master Update — Consolidated Google Review Request

What changed: Venomline expanded the public record after preparing a consolidated escalation request covering Google Legal, Copyright Operations, Trust & Safety, Search Quality, Maps, Business Profile enforcement, and Help Community moderation. The purpose is to have related events reviewed together rather than as disconnected tickets.

1. Disputed DMCA Notices and Restoration Review

Venomline reports a concentrated wave of allegedly false, unsupported, duplicative, or materially misleading copyright submissions. The notices allegedly affected rankings, traffic, customer access, and the public appearance of Venomline's content. The updated request does not ask a public forum to decide ownership; it asks Google to compare source files, publication dates, archive history, notice text, claimant accounts, and counter-notice outcomes.

Google's current copyright guidance states that, after a valid counter notice is forwarded, content is generally restored if the complainant does not initiate legal proceedings within 10 business days and the content violates no other Google policy. Venomline asks Google to verify the forwarding date, whether qualifying legal action was reported, whether another policy action applies, and why any URL remained suppressed.

2. Google Business Profile Review Integrity

Google purged 167 reviews from the SEBK Google Business Profile. Venomline reports that similar review patterns later resumed. The current record identifies clusters of five-star activity, repetitive promotional wording, low-history reviewer accounts, possible undisclosed relationships, and review velocity that Venomline believes should be audited. These are indicators for review—not proof that every review is improper.

Google's Business Profile policies require reviews to reflect genuine experiences and prohibit content posted from multiple accounts to manipulate a rating. Google may remove violative reviews and can impose profile restrictions where fake engagement is established.

3. Help Community Posts and the “James Oe” Account

The updated evidence packet asks Google to review the Help Community account using the name “James Oe.” Venomline states that available documentation appears to associate that account with James Oxendine, while recognizing that Google—not Venomline—should verify the relationship through nonpublic account records.

Venomline's concern is that repeated posts across Business Profile reviews, suspensions, missing reviews, search suppression, copyright reporting, and counter-notice topics may present disputed allegations about a direct competitor as established fact while omitting relevant enforcement history. The requested remedy is moderation and account-level review under Google's Community rules, not public speculation about private account data.

4. Content Similarity, Relocation, and Chronology

Venomline's updated record identifies original HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON-LD, CMS records, image metadata, screenshots, Wayback Machine captures, unusual typographical errors, formatting anomalies, and page-order similarities. Certain comparisons reportedly exceed 94% similarity, and Venomline reports that original versions predate corresponding SEBK material by approximately 18–24 months or more.

The key review question is not whether two breeders discuss the same general topics. General ideas, facts, methods, and common industry terminology are not protected in the same way as original expression. The requested comparison focuses on protectable wording, original images, distinctive code, unique errors, arrangement, and evidence that removed material later appeared on surviving or replacement URLs.

5. Search Spam, Link Networks, and Negative SEO Concerns

Venomline has preserved a separate PBN history report alleging that a network of expired, repurposed, or low-quality domains published competitor-targeted content and artificial backlinks. Reported indicators include shared hosting or infrastructure, exact-match anchors, repeated templates, interlinking, redirected domains, undisclosed affiliations, keyword-first articles, and toxic backlinks directed at Venomline.

Because shared hosting alone does not prove common ownership, the updated article avoids categorical conclusions based on IP ranges or infrastructure. Venomline asks Google to evaluate the complete combination of registration history, DNS records, analytics or publisher identifiers where lawfully available, content patterns, link timing, redirects, and promotion from associated accounts.

6. Public Court Record: Oxendine v. Blockline Bullies LLC

In Oxendine v. Blockline Bullies LLC, No. 2:24-cv-00740 (W.D. La.), the court granted summary judgment on January 9, 2025 in a trademark dispute involving the phrase “Block Bloodline.” The ruling is relevant background on that specific trademark claim. It does not adjudicate Venomline's separate copyright, review, harassment, or platform-abuse allegations, and this article does not treat it as proof of those allegations.

7. Requested Consolidated Review

1. Combine the related copyright notices, counter notices, restoration decisions, Search complaints, Business Profile review reports, and Help Community posts under one senior escalation reference.
2. Audit claimant accounts, aliases, domains, related submissions, duplicates, prior rejected claims, and any internal abuse indicators.
3. Review the enforcement history for the 167 Google reviews purged from the SEBK Business Profile and assess whether later activity reflects policy circumvention or ordinary customer feedback.
4. Compare removed, surviving, and replacement SEBK pages against Venomline's archived source materials and publication chronology.
5. Review suspected PBN, artificial-link, expired-domain, doorway, scaled-content, and negative-SEO patterns using Google's internal signals.
6. Preserve relevant account, submission, appeal, reviewer, IP, domain, and communication records subject to applicable law and retention policy.
7. Provide a secure channel for confidential source files, forensic reports, screenshots, communications, and metadata.
