They do not, by themselves, establish that the same real person controls both profiles.

May 10, 2026 — additional account-linkage evidence: The same public “James Oe” profile published a Google Search Central Community thread titled “Request for manual review and restoration — multiple DMCA counter-notices; 14 business days expired.” The post lists multiple original copyright-removal reference IDs and counter-notice confirmation numbers, identifies suppressed Southeast Bully Kennels pages, and concludes with the signature “James Ox.”

The July 13 DMCA-Related Search Thread

The full preserved thread states that DMCA notices were affecting the poster's site's visibility in Google Search. It alleges that some complainants were not actual rights holders, specifically references an accusation involving "illegally backlinking", states that notices were being accepted and URLs removed from Search, and asks Google whether a complainant or pattern of complaints can be flagged for closer review.

What the August 3 Backlink Export Actually Establishes

The exact-domain forensic export provides a materially narrower and more defensible picture than broad claims of a purchased link campaign or private blog network. It documents 524 backlinks from 389 unique referring domains, with 509 active links. Of the 524 rows, 475 (90.6%) are nofollow, only 49 (9.4%) are followed, and 508 rows (96.9%) report zero domain traffic. The 96.9% figure applies to backlink rows in the export, not to 96.9% of the 389 unique referring domains.

Our purpose is transparency: to maintain a clear, verifiable record that platforms, counsel, customers, journalists, and other qualified reviewers can evaluate independently.

We will continue pursuing available lawful review, appeal, restoration, and enforcement processes concerning Venomline properties that have been removed, restricted, suspended, or otherwise affected in circumstances Venomline disputes or believes warrant further review. We intend to continue that process until each affected property has received appropriate review and the available avenues for restoration have been exhausted.

The lawful protection of original content, documentation of publication history, enforcement of intellectual-property rights, correction of the public record, and publication of truthful, accurately sourced, appropriately qualified information are distinct from defamatory falsehoods. Venomline will continue to distinguish documented facts, preserved evidence, platform outcomes, allegations requiring independent verification, and legal conclusions reserved for counsel, platforms, or courts.
