Terms of Service – Venomline Pocket Bullies (2025)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of venomlinebullies.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of puppies, stud services, or related products from Venomline Pocket Bullies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site, reserving a puppy, or purchasing stud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility & Legal Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a puppy or reserve a stud service.

• You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes.

2. Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are final and non-refundable.

• Deposits secure your chosen puppy, stud, or breeding spot.

• If the specific puppy or stud is unavailable, deposits may be transferred to another available option within 12 months.

• Final payments must be completed before any puppy or semen shipment is released.

3. Stud Services

• All stud service fees are due in full before semen is shipped or breeding is confirmed.

• If your female does not take, a rebreed credit will be issued for the same female or another approved female within 12 months.

• Stud credits cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.

4. Puppy Reservations

• Reservations are honored in the order deposits are received.

• If your reserved puppy is unavailable, you may select another puppy or transfer your deposit to a future litter.

• Puppies are released to their new homes only after veterinary health checks, vaccinations, and final payment.

5. Health Guarantee

• Venomline puppies are sold with a health guarantee covering congenital or genetic issues as outlined in your purchase agreement.

• Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery to activate the health guarantee.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer nationwide and international shipping through trusted handlers.

• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Venomline is not responsible for delays or damages caused by airlines, couriers, or customs.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site (text, images, videos, pedigrees) is the property of Venomline Pocket Bullies and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Venomline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
