Return Window
• All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• The return window begins from the date you receive your order

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items must be free from smoke, pet hair, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or other signs of wear
• All original packaging must be included

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
Exceptions
• Final sale items cannot be returned
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is" are not eligible for return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs for defective merchandise and send a replacement at no additional charge.
Exchange Policy
